During the final set of the 2013 Australian Open women singles, Li Na injured herself for the second time by falling and hitting her head against the ground. It caused her to black out briefly and the medical team conducted an eye test to make sure she was okay. Feeling slightly embarrassed during the eye test, Li smiled softly which caused the whole crowd to laugh with her. Personally, Li’s perseverance was so inspirational to me and she’s the true champion in my eyes. I hope she wins her 2nd French Open title later this year :). [x]
